RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with KONAD beauty related product or service for any reason within 15 days of receipt of delivery , you can contest or contact our sales department at info@konadbeauty.com please attach photo of receipt with date of purchase, note of reason you are returning the product. Upon the reasonable and proper judgement, we will make decision in your favor for compensation.
All the purchased product can only be returned if unopened or gently used without any significant damage or usage of the items.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request we also like to implement policy we won't refund your original shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation once your return process has been started. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
- When you wish to return your orders to konadbeauty.com, please access "My Account > Order History," select the order number and click the ‘return this order’ button.
- Full Returns - If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account. If you paid with konadbeauty.com points, you will receive a full refund to your points’ account. If you paid with a credit/debit card and points, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit card and points’ account.
- Currently konadbeauty.com can only accept full order returns. If you have any questions or concerns, please email customer service at info@ konadbeauty.com
- All in-store purchases can be returned in-store with the receipt and the original form of payment.
