RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with an TATA Premier INC product or service for any reason within 100 days of receipt of delivery, please review our return policy below. Items purchased through TATA Premier INC can be returned if unopened or gently used without any additional fees to  TATA Premier INC .

We are sorry that we can’t refund your original shipping charges. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

  • When you want to return your orders to  TATA Premier INC , please access "My Account > Order History," select the order number and click the ‘return this order’ button.
  • Full Returns - If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account. If you paid with  TATA Premier points, you will receive a full refund to your points’ account. If you paid with a credit/debit card and points, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit card and points’ account.
  • Currently TATA Premier INC  can only accept full order returns. If you have any questions or concerns, please email customer service at customercare@ TATA Premier INC 
  • All in-store purchases can be returned in-store with the receipt and the original form of payment.
